Jasmine is a Mediterranean-style villa just minutes from picturesque Taylor Bay Beach. Built on high ground with a tower and rooftop sun deck, Jasmine enjoys 360º views, ocean breezes, and an ideal location near town.
The villa’s patio faces the sea, and is framed by gardens for privacy. Take a dip in the pool or relax on a lounge chair to soak up the sun. Guests can feast al fresco at the dining table after grilling on the gas BBQ on the shaded veranda. Inside, guests can watch TV or movies as they wish with the living room’s entertainment center. The spacious, Tuscan kitchen features a large prep counter, wine rack, and stainless steel appliances, and faces the view of Chalk Sound. The indoor dining room is elegantly decorated and opens to the patio, with an ocean view. Each of the four bedrooms has a TV, ensuite bathroom, and air-conditioning. The upper level houses the Master Suite, which is equipped with a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, and a large walk-in shower. From the Master, French doors open onto the terrace, which has an ocean view and seating. The second and third bedrooms are also on the upper level. The second bedroom has a king-sized bed, ceiling fan, and terrace access. The third bedroom has two twin beds that can be converted into a king, a ceiling fan, and a private balcony. The fourth bedroom is on the lower level, and has a king-sized bed and exterior access.
With weekly housekeeping and an available caretaker, there’s no excuse not to fully relax at Jasmine. The beach and two tennis courts are a short walk away, and town is only three miles away. This villa would be ideal for a small family or honeymooners.

Amazing
Jasmine Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
From the start of my inquiry, Andrew took great care of us. He made the arrangements, made activity suggestions, restaurant suggestions, etc for us. The whole booking was a breeze. Then we arrived! The house was great. We had no complaints at all. The view in both directions was amazing. The walk to Taylor Bay takes maybe two minutes and is all of 100 yards. Well worth it! One of the coolest beaches. Warm shallow water, safe for kids. On the most crowded day we saw maybe 25 people there. You basically get 100 yards of beach to yourself. The drive from the house in to the hotel tourist area is 15 minutes or so and easy to do. Maybe five minutes to a grocery store. The kitchen had everything we needed. The BBQ was great and we grilled burgers and enjoyed them on the pool deck, which has a great view. Everything went perfect. House was great. Island was great. Service was great when we had a question ( I Called property manager twice to ask silly questions and they were very helpful). All in all, I would stay here again any time and I would work with Andrew any time.

Great villa to stay in
Jasmine Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Villa Jasmine was a great choice for our travel group. It is spacious, has a view to die for and the location great too. The tennis court is right across the road, Taylor Bay is a 3 minute walk away.
Nothing is far away. We met several people staying in Grace Bay area who wished they had stayed here near Taylor Bay.
Only negative was one of the air conditioning units in the double bed bedroom had to be fixed. But they fix it promptly and we comfortable ever after.

Andrew was the best. Very helpful, giving personal tips to make our stay easier and very responsive to
emails and calls.
