La Percha Villa is located in the Ocean Point development on the island of Providenciales. This fully air-conditioned vacation rental has breathtaking sunset views thanks to its location between Taylor Bay and Sapodilla Bay.
This property puts Caribbean living front and center. Follow a private path to Taylor Bay’s warm and shallow beach, which is perfect for small children. Use the villa’s kayaks and snorkeling gear to spend all day in the sea, or sunbathe on La Percha’s private dock. On the terrace, guests can relax around the fire pit, swim in the lap pool, or lay out in loungers. There are umbrellas and a gazebo for shaded lounging, and plenty of sunshine to soak up. Spend the evenings in the hot tub with a glass of wine in hand after grilling an al fresco dinner on the BBQ. A large, screened lanai lines the home, and there’s tennis onsite.
French doors lead into the lounge, which blends into the living room and kitchen. Chic, classic decor runs throughout the home, and the white-washed interiors are accented with vibrant jewel tones. Watch movies on the living room’s flatscreen TV or cook on the kitchen’s stainless steel appliances. The spacious kitchen has a large prep island, a coffeemaker, and garden views. Each of La Percha’s four bedrooms have a king bed, TV, iPhone dock, and an ensuite bathroom. Two bedrooms are on the main level and open to the pool terrace, the other two are upstairs and open to the balcony.
La Percha Villa is only a few minutes’ walk to Taylor Bay, which is ideal for families. Restaurants, shopping, day spas, and golf are all a short drive away. Provo Golf and Country Club is only 20 minutes away, while Turtle Cove and Grace Bay are 15 minutes away.
