Sunset Close is nestled in the private neighborhood of Silly Creek. This beachfront property is great for couples and has unforgettable views.
Guests are steps from the beach at Sunset Close, and can take the villa’s kayaks and paddle boards on the water to explore the lagoon. For more private swimming, the villa has a lap pool and a Jacuzzi. Roast s’mores on the fire pit, or grill on the BBQ and enjoy the meal at one of the al fresco dining tables. There’s 1,300 square feet of covered patios facing the water, some shaded and some in the sun. Guests can make the most of their tropical surroundings by sunbathing in the loungers, reading in the daybed, or snoozing in the hammock strung between two palm trees. The terrace leads into the high-ceilinged foyer, adjacent to the kitchen. Cook on stainless steel appliances and enjoy meals at the breakfast bar, all while watching TV on the flatscreen overhead.
Upstairs, there’s a theater room with a 60” Smart TV and a plush sectional that overlooks the water. The two Master Suites offer king-sized beds, walk-in closets, and ensuite bathrooms with a separate shower and soaking tub. Each of the bedrooms open a terrace or balcony via sliding glass doors. The third bedroom features a queen-sized bed and access to a private patio. Upstairs, the fourth bedroom faces the ocean and includes two extra-long twin beds that can convert to a comfortable king. There are Smart TVs and water views in all four bedrooms.
Sunset Close is a minute from Sapodilla Bay, and the nearest restaurant is less than 5 minutes away. Gorgeous Chalk Sound is across the street, the perfect place to kayak and paddle board.

WE STAYED AT THE SUNSET CLOSE AUGUST 2021 FOR 7 NIGHTS. WE HAD NO IDEA HOW EVERYTHING WOULD WORK OUT BUT WE ARE SO HAPPY WE WENT TO TURKS FOR OUR SUMMER 2021 VACATION. THE HOUSE IS LARGE, HAS A LOT OF ROOM FOR EVERYONE. WE HAD A PARTY OF 5 AND IT WAS PERFECT , HOWEVER YOU CAN FIT A LOT MORE PEOPLE IF YOU WANTED. WE LOVED HAVING THE 3 SUITES. WE ENJOYED THE POOL, THE HOT TUB, THE BEACH AND ALL THE AMENITIES. WE LIKED THE LARGE BATHROOMS AND SHOWERS, THE BEDROOMS AND CLOSETS ARE AWESOME. THE KITCHEN HAS EVERYTHING YOU NEED AWAY FROM HOME. WE GRILLED A FEW DAYS ON THE NEW WEBER GRILL. WAKING UP TO THE VIEW OF THE WATER AND POOL DAILY WAS A HIGHLIGHT. THIS WAS A VERY PRIVATE VILLA AND WE FELT SAFE THE WHOLE TIME THERE. WE LOVED TAYLOR BEACH AND SAPODILLA BEACH WHICH ARE AROUND THE CORNER FROM THE VILLA. WE WOULD HIGHLY RECOMMEND SUNSET CLOSE TO ANYONE

8 Girlfriends + 5 Nights at Sunset Close = 1 Amazing Vacation
We are just back from Turks and Caicos and all we can think about is returning. We had an amazing time on the island made all the better by the outstanding accommodations at Sunset Close. The villa is absolutely beautiful. It is very modern, beautifully decorated, extremely comfortable and well-stocked. We prepared most of our meals at the villa and the wide selection of pots, pans and small appliances made cooking a breeze. The bed sheets and bath towels were so luxurious that we all made note of the brands so we could order when we got back home. The Silly Creek area was very peaceful and quiet and the group of 8 women felt extra safe with the gated entry and alarm system. We will definitely be back!
I think this is the 3rd villa that I’ve booked with Shawna. She is extremely knowledgeable, super responsive and always provides an excellent customer experience!
