Cinco Villa is a great choice if you want super spacious, open design. The villa has its own staircase that leads to the sea, two separate pools, and convenience to Turtle Tail’s beaches. Plus, all five bedrooms are private and well-equipped enough to feel like personal retreats.
Amazing waterfront property located in the Wymara Resort Villa Community!
Cinco Villa has two private pools across its 8,871 square foot property. One is an oceanfront infinity pool at the back of the villa, and the other sits in a courtyard by the front entrance. The courtyard pool has a waterfall feature, its own terrace, and a veranda with lounging and dining nooks. The oceanfront pool has its own terrace and veranda as well, plus an outdoor BBQ grill and a sunken lounge with a fire pit. A set of stairs leads from the lounge down to a small dock. Enter the sea by jumping off the platform or wading in from the staircase. Parents can keep stay dry while watching kids swim below thanks to the dock’s lounging furniture and umbrellas.
Cinco Villa has chic interiors and an open design. A gourmet kitchen with stainless steel appliances, a bar, and expansive countertops sits by the entrance. The bar comes pre-stocked with a start-up set. Laundry facilities and a powder room sit behind the kitchen. The living and dining room is opposite the kitchen, with seating for 10 around the dining table. The living room doubles as a home theater, with a large flatscreen TV and an entertainment system. It opens to both the oceanfront terrace and the courtyard. There’s a screened family room, den, and office at the front of the villa as well. Housekeeping comes twice daily to maintain the property.
There’s two bedrooms on this level and the other three are upstairs. Each of the bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom, a Smart TV, and terrace or balcony access. The main level suites have a king bed, a rain head shower, and access to the either the oceanfront terrace or courtyard. There’s also an option for a rollaway bed or crib in the den. Upstairs, there’s three more bedrooms. Two of these suites have a king bed and the third has two twins that can be converted into a king. The twin suite and one king suite share a balcony. The other king suite has its own balcony, a large walk-in closet and dressing area, and a bathtub and rain head shower.
The resort offers complimentary shuttle service from the villas to the main resort, spa, fitness center, and several restaurants. Turks and Caicos Islands Tennis Club and Grace Bay are only 2.5 miles away, so guests can easily access Providenciales’ hot spots.
