Emara Estate is a brilliant property located on the exclusive Turtle Tail Peninsula. Formerly owned by Prince, this estate boasts 5 star facilities, private beaches, and is ideal for family gatherings, groups, and weddings.
Emara Estate, once owned by the legendary artist known as Prince, is a 17-bedroom mansion tucked on Providenciales island’s remote Turtle Tail peninsula. It is comprised of two villas, making it a massive property that will not disappoint. It exudes distinction, with a gated entrance and stunning grounds that slope directly into its own private beach.
The magnificent grounds of Emara Estate, private pools, lounging patios, and the infamous purple driveway. Play tennis, stretch out on the oceanfront yoga platform, or get a workout in at the on-site gym. Create your own resort experience by drinking cocktails by the pool, exploring with kayaks and paddle boards, snorkeling, or savoring the sunsets from Prince’s favorite point on Iron Shore Peninsula. Adults can relax with the portable Sonos surround sound speakers, while youngsters can keep themselves entertained with games and activities. On the property is a 200-foot dock for your yacht, hired boat, or jet skis.
The energy of Prince is still perceived throughout the entirety of the Emara East’s interior. From the billiard table decked up in his signature shade of purple to the names of the bedrooms.The house still contains many of his original collections in the various rooms. The interiors are fully air conditioned with a modern decor throughout. Guests can dine indoors or alfresco. Each of the 8 bedrooms feature a king bed, an ensuite bathroom, and either an ocean or marina view. There are 6 bedrooms in the main house, with 2 bedrooms located in the guest house.
Views of the pool and ocean welcome guests as they enter the Emara West. The interiors are completely air-conditioned and furnished in a casual decor. The social kitchen offers guests a spot to gather before heading out for the day. Throughout the property there are several indoor and outdoor dining areas. Each of the 9 bedrooms are spread out amongst the property. There are three king bedrooms located in the main house, two king bedrooms located in separate bungalows, one king bedroom in the Princess Tower, and one king and two queen bedrooms in the Guest House. Six of the bedrooms have an ensuite bathroom and three bedrooms have an adjacent bathroom.
