Located in the peaceful Turtle Tail area, Sandy Shore has direct beach access, a private onsite swimming pool, a kayak, and numerous water sports nearby. There are five little islands that are just a few hundred yards from the private beach, and turquoise waters that are just a few steps away. You can relax here… with unpretentious surroundings and jaw dropping views of the turquoise sea.

Sandy Shore is a fully air-conditioned beachfront 4-bedroom villa surrounded by Providenciales’ turquoise waters. Nestled into the serene Turtle Tail region, Sandy Shore offers guests complete privacy without sacrificing convenience.
Sandy Shore Villa is bordered by water on both sides, and its beachfront pool enjoys wide open stunning sea views. The swimming pool has built-in lounge shelves. Two covered pergolas on each side of the pool provide ample lounging space and some protections from the sun, and the large, outdoor dining table is ideal for informal meals. A stone pathway leads down to the beach, and there’s a sitting area where parents can watch kids splashing in the sea. Guests can take the complimentary kayaks out on the water, then grill dinner on the gas BBQ.
Clean white decor with wood accents and a neutral color scheme adds elegance to the spacious, open-plan living and dining area. An 18-foot sliding-door system with slide-away screens opens the area to the pool and ocean view. Guests can stay entertained with a TV and a music system. The gourmet kitchen is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and top-of-the-line cookware. The master bedroom has a king-sized, four-poster bed and French doors opening to the pool patio. It also has a walk-in closet and an ensuite bathroom. The guest bedrooms are identical in size, each with a king sized bed and ensuite bathroom.
Grace Bay is only 10 minutes away, and you might even see JoJo the dolphin when visiting Princess Alexandra Marine Park.

Breathtaking Views
Sandy Shore Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Although the Villa needs some upgrades, (which I hear is happening soon) you cannot ask for a better place to enjoy your stay. The kitchen was big, had all the amenities we needed plus some. The rooms were spacious, the living area (which we hardly sat at) was huge and the outside (where we spent most of our time) was perfect. FYI- there is a mosquito misting system which was a huge relief because anywhere else we were eaten alive. We were able to relax in the beach water and also walk over to the islands close by (wear water shoes) to do some exploring. There are no fish at all (odd) but if you look on the other side of the small island there are a ton so you could go fishing or snorkeling just in front of the island. We had jet ski’s delivered to our beach area which was nice to not have to drive over and pick them up or drop them off. One of the bedrooms has a bathroom not connected and the water pressure was not the best but honestly that was the least of our worries. I highly recommend the Villa and the management team which were always available to help whenever needed. Don’t hesitate to rent this place.

We had a great time at Sandy Shore Villa. Beautiful location with a perfect beach setup. Very comfortable house and a perfect pool for afternoon relaxing.

Perfect Vacation!
Sandy Shore Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
We loved our stay at Sandy Shore! The location, though a few extra minutes from most things, was perfect for us. We loved the access to the very private beach and the ability to hop back and forth from the pool to the beach- both of which were perfect for our young children. The pool was small and not too deep and the ocean was calm and shallow. The house was comfortable and clean. The layout was great for our family of 4 and 2 other adults- plenty of space and plenty of amenities. We had no issues with anything other than multiple light bulbs needing to be replaced. The only negative (which isn’t a negative at all since it didn’t impact our trip in the least) is that the artwork on the walls was extremely old, faded, and sometimes rusty or moldy. The house was SO beautiful and everything else looked so fresh and up to date- the artwork should be updated as well. By far, the best part of the house was the breathtaking view. It was unbelievable. I would absolutely recommend Sandy Shore Villa to anyone that wants a relaxing vacation in a clean modern house with a great pool, breathtaking views, and instant access to a beautiful private beach. I hope to come back again someday!

Sandy Shore Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
This villa was perfect for our 2 families of 4. Great location, right on a quiet beach with calm clear water. The pool was a bit small but we had the ocean so who cares! We loved using the kayaks and pool toys and there were plenty of beach towels.
We rented a car which is a must! We were about 15 minutes away from most of the restaurants and about 10 minutes from the grocery store. Highly recommend Sandy Shore!
Andrew was amazing! He was so patient answering all of our many questions, as we were traveling during Covid. He was extremely knowledgeable regarding all the homes we were looking at as well as restaurants and things to do in TC

Incredible Extended Family Vacation
Sandy Shore Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Just returned from spending one week with family from New York and California at Sandy Shore Villa. We were seven people and rented one roll-away bed that Andrew helped us secure. This was an incredible trip for each one of us as we hadn’t seen each other in close to two years.
The house very clean when we arrived, and very spacious inside. The kitchen came nicely equipped (though it would have been great if they provided some plastic storage food containers since we did a lot of cooking due to the Coronavirus pandemic). Andrew, Chief Beach Officer was helpful prior to arrival, answering all our questions. Hope, the Property Manager met us on arrival and was helpful too!
The view of the ocean was so picturesque. We used the house provided kayaks, rented stand-up paddle boards for the week, and splurged on waver runners for 8 hours one day that everyone in the family used! It gave us a chance to ride along the coastline to see the amazing homes left and right of Sandy Shore. We walked to the three small islands each day for exercise as the water only came up to our waist during low tide.
In the afternoon we lounged in the pool, sipping cocktails. Staying at Sandy Shore made this once-in-a-lifetime trip so comfortable and easy for our family to be together and away from crowds of people. Hope to return someday but took beautiful photos to remind us of the trip and the villa!
Andrew was so helpful. We were supposed to travel to Sandy Shore Villa in March 2020. Due to the Coronavirus, we had to postpone. Andrew was helpful in getting us a one year extension on the trip. Prior to arriving in 2021, he answered all of our questions from where to arrange COVID tests for our return to the US, to helping us complete the online travel authorization forms required by TCI Safe.

Total Relaxation
Sandy Shore Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
Sandy Shore is a very comfortable, spacious villa that is well equipped for a week’s stay at the beach. You can’t beat the ocean views or the proximity to the beach. The kitchen was well equipped and easy to cook in. Having a small selection of snacks, fruit, and water provided upon arrival was a very nice touch. The beach and ocean were very nice for the younger kids. The waves were calm, and you could walk out a very far distance into the ocean. The ocean water was incredibly warm. We saw some sort of sea creature twice during our entire week, but we are not sure if it was a turtle or a stingray. Otherwise, there was not any sea life right off the beach. Also, there were ample pool floats and a decent selection of pool and sand toys at the villa. The one and only thing I would suggest for the villa would be to add a pack ‘n play and a high chair. Otherwise, I can definitely see us returning here in the future!
Our service from WhereToStay was excellent. Andrew provided good communication and helped with planning. It would have been nice to hear about gourmet catering a bit earlier on in the trip planning. We got an excellent meal from them!

Great Getaway

Sandy Shore was everything it claimed to be. It’s beautifully sited, with a great view and private beach access. Tucked away in Turtle Tail, it was secluded, but only 10 minutes from Grace Bay and 17 minutes from the golf course. Sandy Shore is well kept and very comfortable, with plenty of room for 8 people to spread out.
As always, Andrew was spot on with accommodation, dining, and activity suggestions.
Hope, the property manager, was also very pleasant and quick to respond to questions and concerns.

Fantastic Experience

Our stay at Five Little Cays exceeded our expectations. The villa itself was beautiful, with beautiful views of the ocean. It was clean and laid out well for the four of us. Having separate bathrooms and showers for each of us was a nice benefit after being in the pool and water all day. The outdoor shower was also very nice. We used it after swimming in the ocean off our private beach, then headed right into our pool for more swimming. The amenities of having satellite TV, music inside and out, and all the necessary cooking items added to the experience. The property the villa is on is absolutely gorgeous! The beach is quiet with hardly any other people around, and swimming in the calm and shallow turquoise waters was perfect! Overall, this weeklong stay at the Five Little Cays Villa was an experience we will never forget and would love to repeat.
Our experience with WhereToStay.com was great. Everything was laid out perfectly for us in advance by Andrew. In addition, he sent us great information on restaurant recommendations, car rental recommendations, and activity recommendations that were very helpful. The villa was clean and ready for us in all regards. We had one little issue with the gas grill not working initially, and our villa manager sent a maintenance repair worker out right away to fix it immediately. Five Little Cays was amazing. It was everything the pictures showed and more. Our group couldn’t have been happier with the location and accommodations.

We had a great time at Five Little Cays! It was very clean and comfortable, nice beds and fantastic that it was on the water! It is definitely a quieter area away from the main resorts, and we really enjoyed that. It was a short drive to shopping and groceries, as well as many restaurants. Would recommend!

One of the best experiences I’ve had dealing with a vacation planner. We were initially looking at going with a Concierge service but after speaking with Andrew and his wealth of knowledge about the villas, things to do and places to avoid there was no question how we were going to book our vacation.

Sandy Shore Villa, Turks and Caicos villa review
I hesitate to write a review on this property because i really don’t want anyone else to know about it, or choose it! For us, we didn’t want the more populated Grace Bay, so this private and very small little beach was perfect for us. The water was relatively shallow and very warm (at least in summer). Get a 4x4 as the roads to the house are shale.
Shopping: The IGA in Grace Bay was nicer than the other one. Go to The Wine Cellar to stock up on your alcoholic beverages.
Where to eat: We ate at Coco Bistro twice. Perfection both times. Really awesome atmosphere among the palm trees with great landscape lighting. $$$$ For a cheaper option, try Mr. Grouper. $$
Andrew at WhereToStay was perfect from the very first phone call to the very bitter end.
Andrew was so very patient with me while i picked his brain about several different villas and discussing pros and cons for each.
Our villa experience was first notch. There was a representative waiting for us at the airport and the villa was clean upon our arrival.
We got a flight cancelled the day we were supposed to leave and Andrew was able to use his connections to locate 3 hotel rooms for us at the last minute for our group.
We will most definitely use Andrew again for future trips.
