Aqua Pulchra is a private, four-bedroom villa in Chalk Sound National Park. This villa enjoys picturesque views in a quiet location, making it the perfect rental for a relaxing Caribbean vacation.

Chalk Sound is a nature reserve connected to the sea, with calm waters for paddle boarding, kayaking, and exploring. Aqua Pulchra enjoys easy access to the lagoon’s crystal clear waters from the villa’s deck, which has stairs on either side leading up to the villa. A coral reef lies at the edge of the property, but there is also a 40-ft infinity edge pool where guests can swim and float. The surrounding sundeck has loungers, al fresco dining, cushioned armchairs, and a barbecue grill. Three linked patios provide abundant space to sunbathe in privacy.

Electric gates lead to Aqua Pulchra’s vibrant exterior. The gates surround three sides of the villa, and 150 feet of waterfront borders the fourth side. Every room across both levels enjoys gorgeous ocean views and patio access. The garage and laundry room are on the lower level, and everything else is on the upper level. They’re connected by an elevator and a staircase. The common area sits at the center of the villa, and encompasses the kitchen, dining area, and lounge. A media room with a 42” HDTV, Bose sound system, and a BluRay DVD player connects the common area to both wings of the villa. DirectTV and a media library are provided. The sound system is linked to the living room and the patio, and there is WiFi throughout the property.

In the first wing, there are two bedrooms with a shared bathroom. One is a king suite with ocean views and a garden patio. The second has two double beds with patio access. The adjacent bathroom has a walk-in rain shower. The second wing holds the library and two bedrooms. One has a king bed, three walls of ocean views, and an ensuite bathroom. The other has two double beds and an adjacent bathroom with a walk-in shower.

A small sland with Iguanas is a short swim or kayak away, where visitors can lure friendly wildlife with grapes and smiles. Chalk Sound is quieter than the island’s more developed regions, but it’s also only a short drive from restaurants, activities, the airport, and Grace Bay.
