Standup paddle boards and snorkeling gear are available for days in the sea. A private volleyball court is set up on the sand, and guests have access to tennis courts and rackets. Beach House’s beachside loungers, canopy, and outdoor daybeds sit along the sand, and a private walkway leads up to the villa. An impressive pool sits in the center of the sundeck surrounded by loungers and umbrellas. White curtains billow in the breeze around the outdoor kitchen, which is equipped with a built-in gas BBQ and sink.

The open living space enjoys a bright, airy color palette and doors that open to the water. The elegant dining table seats 10, and a second lounge sits off the living room for movie nights. The chef’s kitchen is outfitted with white cabinetry, marbled countertops, stainless steel appliances, and seafoam backsplash. SONOS sound systems run throughout, and a security system with a remote key is built-in to the villa. Beach House offers four bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms. The villa’s master suite, queen suite, and bunk room all open to a patio or balcony with ocean views. The queen suite and bunk room both have flatscreen TVs, as well. The fourth bedroom is in the guest house, and enjoys its own queen bed, bathroom, kitchen, and living area.

Taylor Bay is known for gorgeous sunsets, peace and quiet, and proximity to Chalk Sound. Sapodilla Bay is minutes away, and Las Brisas restaurant and water sports rentals is a short drive from the villa. Beach House is also a 15-minute drive from Grace Bay’s restaurants, shopping, and attractions. Private chef services are also available.
