The villa’s private Lanai lounge wraps around the circular swimming pool and provides space for umbrellas, loungers, and lush greenery. Up to 20 guests can dine al fresco on the open-air, oceanfront pavilion. Six guests can dine al fresco in the verdant garden, where everyday dinners become intimate, moonlit experiences. The villa also gives guests access to a 12-acre park with a tennis court and water sports. The beach has cocktail service, an oceanfront shower, and space for professional massages.

The sumptuous, elegant Great Room features vaulted ceilings, ornate chandeliers, and plush furnishings. The massive kitchen is impressively well-equipped with stainless steel commercial appliances, wraparound countertops, a huge center island/prep space, and exterior access to the al fresco dining space. Up to 20 guests can eat in the formal dining room amongst beautiful hand-painted wall designs and elegant palm frond chandeliers. The main house offers eight bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and canopy beds. There are three king suites, one of which has a spacious lounge, window seat, wet bar, and wraparound terrace. There are three queen suites, one double suite, and one twin suite. The cottage, Blue Point, is totally independent of the main house and offers two queen bedrooms with ensuite bathrooms and exterior access only.
