Jolly Harbour 31 is situated on a white sandy beach off the west coast of Antigua, with amazing sunset views and over 9,000 square feet of living space. A housekeeper, pool man, and gardener keep the villa in pristine condition so guests can kick back and relax.

The villa’s outdoor lounge areas, boat dock, and beach provide endless space for guests to soak up the island sun. There’s hardly any separation between the white sand and the stone deck, so guests can easily hop from the pool to the volleyball court. Loungers and daybeds are placed throughout the deck for maximum sunbathing, but there’s also covered lounging when guests want a break. At night, enjoy a cocktail in the Jacuzzi tub attached to the pool. The massive veranda stretches across the back of the house, shading several living and dining spaces. Plus, there’s an outdoor bar with a professional-grade BBQ grill, a foosball/pool table and darts, and an outdoor shower.

A spacious, open-concept interior holds the living area, dining table, and lounge. The living area holds sofa sets, a HDTV, and an entertainment system. The dining table seats 8, and the lounge has board games. The fully equipped kitchen has professional grade stainless steel appliances, coffeemakers, a slow cooker, a wine cooler, and direct access to the dining veranda. There are four bedrooms with a king bed, and a flatscreen TV with cable. Two bathrooms have a shower and a bathtub, and one suite has a four-poster bed. The fifth bedroom has two twins that can be made into a king if needed.

Jolly Harbour is a private residential complex with 24-hour security and everything within walking distance. Other beaches such as The Nest, Fryes Bay, Darkwood Beach, and Turner’s Beach are all within 10 minutes from the property, and all of them have restaurants.
