There are many villas in Terres Basses on the French side of St. Martin that can accommodate small children, but few will cater to the needs of a family with small children like Oceane. Of its four bedrooms, two of them, the master and twin bedroom, are connected so that parents can easily keep an eye on their children, while also keeping a bit of privacy for all. It is in a gated community, another factor parents will appreciate. The kids will most likely enjoy the 40x18 foot pool and nearby Plum Bay Beach best.

Panoramic ocean views and sunsets are enjoyed from this stylish island home. Villa Oceane has an extensive terrace and a large pool with built-in table at the shallow end, just right for relaxing and cooling off. Step from the sunny terrace and shaded porch to the living area and gourmet kitchen facing the pool and the ocean. There are four ample bedrooms with large en-suite bathrooms. Tropical gardens surround this lovely home within easy walking distance of Plum Bay Beach.

stunning villa with spectacular pool and sunset views over the ocean
Oceane Villa, St. Martin villa review
We loved the villa and it provided everything we needed for our week-long stay. The wifi was strong enough to conduct zoom calls, the kitchen well equipped, the bedrooms comfortable and the outside space perfect for relaxation in the sunshine. There is a beautiful beach 5 mins walk away for swimming but best to have a rental car so you can move around the island. Axel, Exile and Gertrude were all incredibly friendly and helpful in terms of us navigating the villa and the island as a whole. The possibility of ordering shopping before we arrived was a real added bonus!
Betsy was phenomenal… we were extending our trip in the Caribbean due to Covid and she found us a number of villas with only two days’ notice, ultimately steering us towards Oceane as the best value for money. I was so grateful to her for helping us navigate the covid testing required by St Martin before we departed and she was always in regular contact to organise shopping before we arrived. Thank you so much!
