My family and I very much enjoyed our week at Seagrace in March. The house layout is perfect, the beds comfortable and the kitchen extremely well equipped, but the highlight is the outdoor space. Multiple sitting areas gave everyone an option for sun or shade and the pool was a perfect temperature. We were there school vacation week so the two families in the house across the canal made for a bit too much noise and loud music but I assume other weeks would be quieter.
The Leeward community is definitely the best area in which to stay on TCI and I recommend it highly.

This is our group’s second stay at the Seagrace Villa. We returned because we loved it so much the first time!

The Property Management staff and the Concierge were extremely helpful and available immediately if we required them. The villa itself is perfect inside and out for entertaining, and a larger group of people. We had 8 adults (4 couples) stay both times and each couple had their own bathroom and plenty of privacy and space. The renovations on the kitchen and the addition of the stairs into the canal were a nice touch! The villa is spotless, and everything we were hoping for.

We made great use of all outdoor spaces (the canal, the water toys, the pool, the outdoor bar, kitchen and dining areas) The location of the villa is perfect for biking around and getting to some beautiful beaches.

We will be back!!

WhereToStay was excellent.

The villa is beautiful. We loved being on the water and having the paddleboards and kayaks. Everyone jumped off the dock each day. So fun! All of the bedrooms are large, even the queen sized room. The kitchen is extremely well stocked - all of the condiments you could possible need, every pot/pan we ever needed, the dishwasher worked great, laundry detergent was there. We were so pleased and would love to go back!

Jean was so helpful. We had some “must haves” when booking and she found the perfect home for us. She was very communicative and went above and beyond to find us what we wanted.

Betsy was so kind and helpful. We were going on a family trip (9 adults) with different personalities and needs. Betsy took her time and helped us find Seagrace which was absolutely perfect for my family and I. The property is conveniently located and easy to get to everything. In addition, Seagrace is gorgeous the pictures do not do it justice. There are kayaks and paddle boards available for your use which is really neat. We used them and saw sea turtles and more as we went around. I absolutely loved the pool, we used the pool day and night. All in all if you need are looking for a spacious area that is not overly priced, Seagrace is it!

We had the pleasure of spending a week at Seagrace Villa. This villa boasts a very open floor plan with a fantastic outdoor area. Pictures do not do this villa justice, particularly in regards to the outdoor area. There was plenty of room for both families to spread out with ample privacy. We enjoyed many meals at the outdoor dining table and had many lunches poolside. The location on the canal was an even bigger perk than we had imagined. The house comes with several kayaks and paddle boards for use throughout the week. Given this, we were able to explore the mangroves and smaller inlets of the canal. The beach is a short drive away, yet very easy to access. We would certainly stay here again in the future!

We had a fantastic experience booking through WhereToStay. During the booking process, Andrew was very helpful and knowledgeable about the listings we were interested in. We took his advice and went with Seagrace over other potential houses… and we were beyond happy with the choice. Having several young children in the group, this house had so much to offer in regards to the outdoor space/pool/kayaks. Contact with Claudius was seamless, and Chrishelle met us at the villa very promptly to tour the house and go over pertinent info for the week. On the day of departure, we spoke with Claudius and he allowed us an additional hour for check out. This was really great since we had kids, and we had a flight later in the day so they were able to swim a bit in the morning before we checked out. Overall, we had a great experience!
