Serena Villa enjoys an elevated location above Baie Rouge Beach with beautiful ocean views. This beachfront villa offers direct ocean access and 7,500 square feet of elegant interiors.
Terra cotta tiles and white pillars outfit the oceanfront gazebo and pool deck. The gazebo shades al fresco dining and living space, and a paved terra cotta path leads to the villa’s swimming pool. Loungers surround the pool, and archways frame the ocean view. Inside Serena’s spacious living space, guests can relax beneath vaulted ceilings. The living room features a flatscreen TV, plush furnishings, and a small library. The kitchen is fully equipped with standard appliances, cookware, and wraparound countertops. Guests can feast around the dining table or breakfast bar. Each of the five bedrooms has an ensuite bathroom and air-conditioning. The three king suites can be accessed from the exterior only, while the two twin suites have interior access.
Serena Villa is near two of St. Martin’s most tranquil, secluded beaches. Long Beach and Plum Bay both have public parking and are rarely crowded. Both are within a ten-minute drive.

Our family vacation of ten at Villa Serena was perfect. The beautiful house and grounds were tended to daily by an extremely competent staff. I highly recommend the experience.
Betsy was terrific! Our second time with her, and hope to make it a third soon.

Our second time staying at the Serena Villa and as we did the first time, we had a fabulous time. The entire team, Concierge’s and housekeeping welcomed us back and were all very accommodating to me and my family.
We are already looking forward to our next stay.
Both Betsy and Lori are both amazing. I could not have done this without them. From the time of booking to the time of arrival, they were there every step of the way making sure we had a wonderful experience.

House was slightly dated, but still a great house. Great location on the beach. Great layout for 10 people to be together. Great staff.

Beautiful house
Serena Villa, St. Martin villa review
We rented Serena Viilla a family vacation. The house was gorgeous, the setting beautiful. We were pleasantly surprised that it was just as lovely as the photos. We enjoyed the indoor outdoor living space.l enormously. The house was spacious, comfortable and accommodating.
We rented this villa specifically to have both pool and beach accessible for the family. The beach, while eight at the property, is a bit too rocky to access the water.
It is perfectly fine to sit on the beach, which we did and enjoyed. However, those in our family who wished to swim or snorkel had to go another beach.
If not for the beach accessibility, the house suited us perfectly.
Jean was very easy to work with and tries very hard to accommodate us when we had an issue with our booking dates. She was available and extremely helpful.
