Tolumnia offers 7,500 square feet of expansive, tranquil vacation space on a bluff above the sea. The villa’s elevated perch offers 280º of gorgeous ocean views.

Everything guests could need on vacation can be found around Tolumnia’s spacious exterior. Various sitting and dining areas are perched around the veranda and sundeck. The infinity-edge pool faces the sea, and the adjacent loungers are the perfect sunbathing spot. Al fresco dining for 10 guests sits in the shade beneath the veranda, and a BBQ grill provides space to cook in the fresh air. Tolumnia also has a fire pit, an external shower, and a full outdoor living area.

Sliding glass doors lead into the spacious common area, which contains the living room and expansive dining table. The living room is furnished with plush white sofas and three walls of windows, all facing the sea. An open doorway leads into the gourmet kitchen, which is fully equipped with sleek countertops, stainless steel appliances, and a large center island. Tolumnia also has an entertainment room on the lower level with a foosball table, a Smart TV, and a leather sectional. The villa’s laundry room is also available to guests.

Tolumnia offers five king suites with private terraces and ocean views. One suite is on the main level, and can accommodate one king bed or two twin beds. Its sumptuous ensuite bathroom has a tub, an outdoor shower, and two sinks. The other four suites are on the lower level, and three of these suites can accommodate one king bed or two twin beds. The main level suite and three of the lower level suites each have an ensuite bathroom. The fifth suite has access to an adjacent bathroom.

Tolumnia sits on Antigua’s southern end close to English Harbour. Bars, restaurants, and shops are within an eight-minute drive. Horseback riding, fishing, deep sea fishing, tennis, sailing, and scuba diving are also within a short drive.
