Tre Vista is a super tranquil, comfortable villa perfect for you and your closest friends. There’s a separate suite for kids or teenagers, a guest cottage, and a big pool deck with views of Great Cruz Bay. The kitchen is absolutely gorgeous too, with elegant built-ins and granite countertops everywhere.

Tre Vista Estate is perched on a hilltop overlooking gorgeous views of Great Cruz Bay and Chocolate Hole. This villa offers privacy for the entire family, and is close to town.
The villa’s double infinity edge pool is surrounded by leafy foliage, the ocean, and a stone lounging deck. Gentle breezes blow through the sunlit and shaded portions of the deck thanks to an elevated location and open design. Columns line the veranda, and ceiling fans keep the living and dining area cool. Inside, there’s a living room with warm, Balinese accents and cable TV. The spacious kitchen has elegant built-in appliances, granite countertops, and dining space. All five bedrooms feature air-conditioning and an ensuite bathroom. In the main house, there’s a king suite with a terrace and an outdoor shower. The guest house has two king suites, a queen suite, and the garden apartment has a children’s suite with three twin beds and independent access. There’s also a powder room.
Tre Vista’s view is amazing both day and night, thanks to its proximity to Great Cruz Bay. Several restaurants and stores are nearby in Cruz Bay, and St. John’s size makes it easy to explore the whole island.

Wonderful Villa
Tre Vista Estate, St. John villa review
Perfect Villa for our group of 9 ladies- would comfortably fit 10. The kitchen layout is better than the pictures with 2 sinks & 2 dishwashers. Beautiful views from every window.
Right in Chocolate Hole- close to town and 10 minutes walking distance to the Westin.
Our favorite spot was outside space… large dining table & comfortable seating area under overhang. Pool & pool deck has great sunshine all day & great spot for afternoon cocktails.
The only critique would be if you have young children - bedrooms are separate from living space. (Worked perfect for adults)
We have rented numerous Villas in St John and this is one of the favorites!

Tre Vista Estate, St. John villa review
My husband and I spent three weeks at the beautiful Tre Vista Villa. The view was incredible, the location was great (close to town), the home was comfortable and provided everything we needed to enjoy a vacation in paradise.
My experience with WhereToStay.com is always great! My only complaint is that the villa manager didn’t seem to have all of the travel details so there must have been a communication breakdown somewhere along the way but I will definitely be a repeat client and appreciated the efforts of Shawna and Lori.

Tre Vista Estate, St. John villa review
This villa is absolutely wonderful. So close to Cruz Bay for shopping and meals, excursions. Spectacular views, sunset every evening! The villa is in excellent shape. The kitchen is huge and so well equipped, even has 2 dishwashers, 2 microwaves, tons of dishes/silverware. Loved the outside lounge/dining area overlooking the pool and Great Cruz Bay. That is where we spent so much time! The master is beautiful, with a makeup sitting area in the ensuite bathroom. Also provides umbrellas, beach chairs and coolers. We had absolutely no problems and it was all that we had hoped for and more!
Betsy was absolutely phenomenal! She knows the USVI and helped guide me through the whole process and decisions I had to make for a group of 8 adults. Her follow through was exceptional. Everything she told me was on point. Her recommendations, like getting the jeeps on St. John, vs St. Thomas, and referral of three rental companies on St. John was critical, as the jeeps were fantastic, as was Cool Breeze Jeeps. She was such a delight to work with. I always looked forward to my calls with her! She over delivered on everything. It is such a pleasure to work with someone who relates so well to you and truly loves her job! She is the best, and I want to work with her on all my trips .....forever!!!
